O MTV Movie Awards está chegando e a lista dos indicados já foi divulgada. Entre as novidades, o público foi apresentado ao novo nome da premiação – que agora responde por MTV Movie & TV Awards. Diferentemente de outras grandes premiações, que levam a opinião especializada em consideração, a MTV aposta no gosto popular para definir os vencedores, e dessa vez, não foi diferente.
A maior participação da tevê não está só no título, grandes produções da telinha entraram na competição: This is us, Game of thrones, Pretty little liars e Stranger things estão na disputa pela prêmio de melhor programa do ano.
Já nas telonas, o grande destaque foi o filme Get out, um terror que foi indicado a seis prêmios, incluindo filme do ano, melhor ator, melhor vilão e melhor briga contra o sistema. Logan também entrou na briga pelo melhor filme, assim como Rogue one e Quase 18.
A premiação será em 7 de maio em Los Angeles. Nesse ano, a premiação fica por conta de Adam DeVine (do filme Workaholics). A votação já está aberta no site da emissora.
